1General

These terms apply to the use of Leopol, a mobile application and web service that alerts users to speed cameras, average-speed zones, and other traffic-related information.

By using Leopol, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Leopol.

2Services

Leopol offers a free version and a premium version (Leopol Pro). Premium includes additional features:

• Real-time mobile speed-camera and police-control alerts
• Voice alerts while driving
• Smart Route Assistant (AI chat assistant)
• An ad-free experience
• Background alerts while the screen is off
• Traffic and hazard alerts

3Subscriptions

Free trial: new users can try Leopol Pro free for 7 days.

Automatic renewal: after the trial, your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Cancellation: cancel through the App Store, Google Play Store, or your Stripe billing portal for web subscriptions. Premium access continues until the end of the paid period.

4Payments

Payments are processed by the App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or Stripe (web). We do not store card details; all payments are handled by PCI-DSS-certified providers.

No refunds: paid subscriptions are non-refundable except where a store policy or mandatory Belgian consumer law provides otherwise.

5Use of the service

Leopol is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Copy or modify the app or create derivative works
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Use the app to harm or mislead others
• Abuse automated access, including scraping, bots, or mass account creation
• Submit false reports or spam

6Safe driving — your responsibility

Leopol is a driving-assistance app. You remain responsible for your driving and for obeying traffic laws at all times. The app must not distract you from the road. The in-app safety notice is mandatory and cannot be skipped.

Leopol is not intended to encourage speeding. Its alerts are designed to support safe and attentive driving.

7Liability

Leopol is provided as is. We do not guarantee that information will always be accurate, complete, or current. You use Leopol at your own risk.

We are not liable for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, Leopol, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part and subject to mandatory Belgian consumer law.

8Intellectual property

All rights in Leopol, including its software, logos, trademarks, designs, and content, belong to TrapSpotter BV or its licensors.

9Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app banner. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10Termination

We may terminate your access if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Account → Delete account.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Ghent.
